"I stood on the balcony… and watched people celebrating, when a truck suddenly appeared and to my surprise drove through the crowd, it drove very slowly… and was followed by a biker," the agency wrote quoting German journalist Richard Gutjahr.
"The motorcyclist was trying to catch up to the truck and open the driver's door, but fell and died under the wheels of the truck," the journalist said.

According to eyewitnesses, the truck was zigzagging and driving over people for nearly two kilometers. The attacker also opened fire and was later killed by the police.
"The truck drove faster, zigzagging, straight to the crowd," Gutjahr said. According to him, the crowd then ran in panic in different directions and tried to find a hiding place in nearby hotels.
"That's when the police were able to neutralize the terrorist. I will not forget the sight of this female police officer who stopped the killer," he said.
According to identification documents found inside the truck, the driver was a 31-year-old male resident of Nice of Tunisian origin. At least 84 people, including children, were killed and dozens of others were injured.
President Francois Hollande and other French officials referred to it as a terrorist attack and declared three days of national mourning.
