Currently the airport is operating normally. Air traffic at Nice Côte d'Azur International Airport, that has been previously evacuated, returns back to normal, a spokeswoman for the airport told Sputnik on Friday.
“Usually when there is a luggage which has no property, we get rid it and that is what happened today. The traffic is back to normal,” Geraldine Giraud said.
“It is a safety procedure,” she pointed out.
