ULAANBAATAR (Sputnik) – Medvedev pointed to the unique nature of the ASEM platform which allows to devise a common agenda and said that "we should try to work out, within the ASEM framework, Eurasia principles that would be common for all."
The Russian Prime Minister added that it would be useful to resume economy minister meetings with in the ASEM framework.
The 11th Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM11) Summit started off in Mongolia’s capital on Thursday and will last for two days.
European Council President Donald Tusk has expressed hope that the ASEM summit will result in a number of joint solutions on trade enhancement, security and climate change cooperation.
