UK lawmaker Angela Eagle stated that she would support Owen Smith in the leadership race of the opposition Labour Party.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – UK lawmaker Angela Eagle withdrew Tuesday her candidacy from the leadership race of the opposition Labour Party.

“I am supporting Owen [Smith] with all my enthusiasm and might,” Eagle said as quoted by The Independent newspaper.
