Nope, you are not imagining it, and you're not dreaming. The ground actually moves!

This phenomenon is easy to explain from a scientific viewpoint. The soil on Belly Island in the Kara Sea has plenty of methane. When the gas comes out of the ground it causes the topsoil to ripple. So it’s as simple as it is!
