The attacker was arrested by police. A police spokesman said he has a criminal record of being involved in incidents causing injuries to other people.
"According to information currently available there is no cause for claiming the incident was a terror attack," police said in a statement.

The reasons of the attack are still unclear. The police said the tragedy was preceded by a quarrel.
