The Boeing 737 airplane restaurant is situated in the Optics Valley Pedestrian Street in Wuhan, Hubei province.
Li, the owner of the plane, worked through many difficulties to establish his aviation restaurant.
After buying the aircraft last May he then had to wait six other months for customs to clear his giant purchase. Afterwards, I've the course of four months the airplane had to be disassembled and rebuilt eight times.
"Demounting, port, shipping, business license, trade declaration…all these procedures were never done by anybody before, which means I had to go through them one by one," explains Li.
Li spent more than 35 million yuan, which is about $5.28 million on the Boeing 737.
In addition, an airplane themed children’s park was also built next to the restaurant, giving parents a chance to enjoy nice dinner alone.
