India will raise the issue of cross border terrorism and state sponsorship of militants at the SAARC Home Minister's conference to be held in Islamabad, Pakistan.

India has planned to utilize the SAARC Home Minister's meeting to expose how Pakistan is fueling the unrest in Kashmir valley.

Home Ministry sources told Sputnik that Home Minister Rajnath Singh's speech at the SAARC Home Minister's conference will have all the details of how Pakistan state machinery and the terrorist groups based in Pakistan had incited the unrest in Kashmir valley. India will use the statements of Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) chief Hafiz Saeed that ‘his men led the protest in Kashmir.' Apart from that, the Home Minister will also cite the statements of the Pakistani terrorist caught in Kupwara district of Kashmir.

Sources told Sputnik that India wants a bilateral dialogue with Pakistan on the sidelines of the SAARC Home Minister's conference to be held in Islamabad on August 4. But the Pakistani establishment is not interested in having bilateral talks since it is basically a multilateral forum.

India has also planned to give dossiers to the Pakistani government regarding cross border terrorism and the use of state machinery to fuel recent unrest in Kashmir valley, sources told Sputnik.

Meanwhile, Pakistan based terrorist group JuD chief Hafiz Saeed warned the Pakistani government that his outfit will organize a nationwide protest if Indian Home Minister Rajnath Singh attends the SAARC Home Minister's conference in Islamabad.

The SAARC Home Minister's conference will be held in Islamabad on August 4 and before that there will be Home Secretary level talks on August 3. Home Minister Rajnath Singh will arrive in Islamabad on August 3.

The Home Ministers of Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal are unlikely to attend the SAARC ministerial conference. Therefore, the current SAARC Home Minister's conference is likely to be an India-Pakistan dialogue.
