"Clinton campaign has developed a new PR strategy. All future corruption revelations about her are the work of Russia," WikiLeaks tweeted.
In July, WikiLeaks published almost 20,000 pages of hacked emails that revealed top DNC officials deliberately worked to obstruct Democratic presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders' campaign in order to boost Clinton's chances of becoming the party's presidential nominee.
The emails revealed collusion between the DNC and some media outlets as well as instances of abusing the Sanders’ religious affiliation to undermine his campaign, among other corrupt behavior.
After the emails were leaked, Clinton said that Russia was responsible for the hack as well as the publication of some unspecified DNC documents.
Clinton and numerous Democratic Party lawmakers repeatedly alleged Russia engaged in the hack to benefit Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.
The Kremlin called Clinton’s and other primarily Democratic Party lawmakers’ allegations – absurd.
