MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Two militants were killed and two were detained in a special operation in a St. Petersburg residential building, a law enforcement source said Wednesday.
"According to preliminary information, officers eliminated two militants. Another two gang members who were hiding in the building were detained," the source told RIA Novosti.
