The longest and highest glass-bottom bridge in the world has been finally opened to the public on August 20.

The 430-meters long and 6-meters wide bridge spans the Zhangjiajie Canyon in Hunan province of China at the height of 300 meters above the ground.

The construction is made of scores of large durable glass panels, and has a maximum capacity of approximately 800 people.

August 20 became the first day when the bridge opened to the public for testing.
