The International Olympic Committee handed over the Olympic flag to the governor of Tokyo, which will host the next edition of the Games in four years.

RIO DE JANEIRO (Sputnik) — Governor Yuriko Koike accepted the flag toward the end of the spectacular Rio Olympics closing ceremony at the Maracana Stadium in Brazil.
