Brazil Impeachment “National Shame” | Post Brexit Financial Turmoil?
WEIMAR (Sputnik) — Brexit is the European Union's mistake and the bloc should draw conclusions from it, Polish Foreign Minister Witold Waszczykowski said on Sunday.

Earlier in the day, the so-called Weimar Triangle, comprising Poland, Germany and France, started a forum, timed to the format's 25th anniversary. The sides are expected to address the issues of mutual interests, as well as global acute issues.

"The fact that the EU second-largest economy and the fifth-largest economy in the world has decided in favor of Brexit is the EU mistake, and the EU should draw conclusions from it," Waszczykowski told a press conference in Germany's Ettersburg Palace.

EU: Is There Life After Brexit?
On June 23, the United Kingdom held a referendum to determine whether or not the country should leave the European Union. According to the final results, 51.9 percent of voters, or 17.4 million people, decided to support Brexit, while about 16.1 million opposed it.

On September 16, the European Union member states are scheduled to hold a summit in Bratislava to address EU pressing issues and agree on future policy guidelines for the bloc after Brexit.
