Ukraine has announced yet another lawsuit against Russia, in addition tothe numerous lawsuits it has already filed. This time, they are going to take Russia to the International Court of Justice despite the fact that it has done this already.

Ukraine's Justice Minister Pavel Petrenko Announced Saturday that Ukraine is preparing a lawsuit against Russia in the International Court of Justice in The Hague. The irony is that there is already another lawsuit against Russia in the same court.

"This is a separate case from the one already in existence. It is now in the pipeline and we are working with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in preparing it for the International Court of Justice," Petrenko said on the 112 Ukraine TV.

He added that the upcoming lawsuit will involve "Donbass aggression" and "Crimea annexation".

"We have several international lawsuits in European Human Rights Council — there's already five of them," he said, adding that "[Ukraine] has filed lawsuits in the International Criminal Court regarding Maidan events, Donbass events and Crimea events."

"We also add regular Ukrainians who suffered from Donbass occupation and Crimea annexation to prepare individual lawsuits," Petrenko said.

"More than two thousand of them were filed to European Court", he said.
