MOSCOW (Sputnik) – According to the source, Nourreddine will visit Qatar and Iran before travelling to Russia.

"Algerian Energy Minister Noureddine Bouterfa will pay an official visit to Russia on September 8-9," the source said.

"The meeting with Novak will take place on September 9. This visit will take place within the framework of the ongoing Algeria-Russia consultations in the energy sphere, in particular fuel," the source added.
