FBI Release Justifies Denying Clinton Access to Classified Info - Paul Ryan
18:58 GMT 02.09.2016 (Updated: 11:11 GMT 06.08.2022) Newly-released Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) documents demonstrate former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton mishandled classified information and should be denied access to it going forward, US House of Representatives Speaker Paul Ryan said in a statement on Friday.
WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — Earlier on Friday, the FBI released a report on its investigation into Clinton’s use of a private server and email account while she was the country’s top diplomat.
"These documents demonstrate Hillary Clinton's reckless and downright dangerous handling of classified information during her tenure as secretary of state… This is exactly why I have called for her to be denied access to classified information," Ryan stated.

The report revealed that Clinton relied on State Department officials to judge if their emails to her were sensitive and could not give an example of how classification was determined.
During the FBI probe, investigators discovered 110 emails that contained classified information at the time they were sent or received.
In July, FBI Director James Comey described Clinton’s use of the email server as extremely careless, but said that her behavior did not warrant criminal charges.
