WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — Popularity of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has topped support for his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton by 2 points, according to a new CNN/ORC poll released on Tuesday.
Trump is leading Clinton 45 to 43 percent nation-wide, the poll revealed.
Two other contenders for the US presidential seat, Libertarian Party’s Gary Johnson and Green Party's Jill Stein, received 7 and 2 percent support, respectively.
