She was denied Admission earlier due to lack of sufficient Identity Documents, Delhi Government 'relaxed' the rules after intervention of External Affairs Minister.

Madhu, a sixteen year old who came to India with her family two years ago due to religious persecution in Pakistan’s Punjab province has been struggling from pillar to post to get herself admitted to a school in Delhi. She had been refused admission as she did not have relevant identification papers which are required to secure admission in Delhi Schools.

At last, Madhu tweeted her woes to the External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj who obliged and called her for a meeting.

With his personal intervention, Madhu's problem of gaining admission to school was taken care of and the Delhi Government relaxed the rules for her.

Swaraj thanked Delhi Deputy Chief Minister in charge of the Education Ministry for relaxing the rules for the needy girl.

“I was trying hard to get admission school but since I didn’t have Adhar Card so it was difficult. Due to the efforts of the External Affairs Minister and Delhi Chief Minister I got admission,” Madhu told media.

External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj is also known as "Supermom," for her quick response to those in need. The Washington post called her "supermom of the state" in  April. The newspaper praised her proactive approach  on social media providing help to hundreds of  Indians seeking the government's help.
