WASHINGTON (Sputnik) – The two sides affirmed their support for policy and regulatory conditions that promote innovation, trade, investment and growth in the digital economy, the statement said.
"During the two-day forum, government, industry, and non-governmental organization representatives reached a broad consensus on issues such as promoting US-Republic of Korea ICT policy coordination," it said.
Washington and Seoul reaffirmed their joint support of an inclusive, open, and transparent system of internet governance, according to the State Department.
