MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko instructed Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin late last week to inform Russia about the "impossibility of conducting Russian elections on Ukrainian territory" scheduled for Sunday, September 18.
"In this case Russia in general is not willing to accept any demands. With regard to these theses, they cannot be considered under any circumstances. Russia, of course, does not intend to discuss the electoral process on its territory with any country," Peskov told reporters.
