MOSCOW, September 18 (Sputnik) — According to Kanerva, the vote has been organized in a quite clear and understandable way.
Kanerva also stressed that the OSCE observers did not trace any violations at the vote.
The OSCE observers' group on Sunday morning arrived at the polling station 141, located at the Glinka National Museum on Fadeeva street. They examined carefully the voting booths, the voter lists, information materials and boxes.
