MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Russians are electing on Sunday 450 members of the lower house of the national parliament, the State Duma.
"The situation in the country is stable, no serious violations, including of the electoral legislation, that could affect the results at specific precinct election commissions, have been registered," he said at a press conference at the Central Election Commission.
