Voter Turnout at Russian Parliamentary Elections 'Not Biggest But High Enough'
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The number of recorded violations has not been excessive and the legitimacy of the elections cannot be doubted, she added.

"Given the information coming out of the regions, the number of complaints, appeals and registered violations is one or two orders of magnitude lower, but I would not like to get ahead of myself, let's wait for the results…in any case, there is full confidence that the elections are proceeding legitimately and we did a lot to make it that way," Pamfilova told Russia's Channel One.
