MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russia will pursue its foreign policy by working with partners in other countries, but will do so keeping in mind its defense capabilities, President Vladimir Putin said Monday.
“In foreign policy, we will certainly pursue a balanced policy aimed at cooperation with all our partners without any signs of aggression, but in strict compliance with our national interests and national defense,” Putin said.
