MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The Communist Party gained 13.91 percent of the votes, the Liberal Democrats party has 13.81 percent while A Just Russia won 6.17 percent. No other parties managed to cross the 5-percent threshold which would guarantee them seats in the State Duma or the 3-percent threshold which would give them a right to state funding.

The ruling United Russia party has 53.79 percent of the votes in the Russian parliamentary elections, the Central Election Commission said Monday after counting 60 percent of the votes.
