UNITED NATIONS (Sputnik) — A timeline for Pahor’s visit “hasn’t been established yet, but we are working through our embassy in Moscow,” Slovenia’s UN ambassador, Andrej Logar, told Sputnik. “The date is still open, but there is an official invitation to our president to visit Moscow officially, not as a working [meeting] but as a state visit.”
“We are now deciding on this and we will inform you,” Pahor said in response to a question from Sputnik.
Pahor also complimented Russian President Vladimir Putin for his visit to NATO member Slovenia in July to attend a World War I memorial event.
