Two and a half years have passed since the last time the mystery of the Fantozzi Cloud was seen in Palermo. The rain is only falling in the middle of the street: on a surface that's only several feet wide. It's obviously not dripping from someone’s balcony or from underground – it is definitely a strange rain phenomenon!
