MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The survey conducted by the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce (AHK) among its 800 members showed that 60 percent of them wanted the sanctions lifted while another 21 percent wanted them to be eased, German newspaper Bild said Wednesday.
Moscow-Berlin relations have been overshadowed by the Ukrainian crisis and Crimea's reunification with Russia since 2014. Germany was among the Western nations that imposed sanctions on Russia for its alleged role in fueling the conflict in southeastern Ukraine.
