MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to the report, the shooting occurred at around 11:30 a.m. local time (18:30 GMT) in a Starbucks in the southeast of Las Vegas.

The clients and owners of nearby business had been evacuated amid suspicions of an explosive device which were not proved.

One suspect was detained, but the area remains cordoned off, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police confirmed via Twitter.

Earlier in the day a man was fatally shot in a different Las Vegas district.
