WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — One of the most difficult security challenges facing the next president of the United States will be cyber security, US Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton said during the first presidential debate.
"I think cyber security, cyber warfare, will be one of the biggest challenges facing the next president," Clinton stated on Monday night.
She also said that Russia is testing US reactions to cyber breaches.
"I think they’ve been treating it as almost a probing [to test] how far would we go, how much would we do," Clinton said.
