ALGIERS (Sputnik) – The formal decision on oil market stabilization measures will be announced at November 30 meeting of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) member states in Vienna, Kuwait's acting oil minister, Anas Khalid Saleh, told Sputnik on Tuesday.

"You will learn about the official decision in Vienna," Saleh said.
