"The commitment date is also will be in the recommendation [of the special committee] to be considered at the party [in Vienna on November 30]," Al Sada told during the press conference held after informal talks in Algiers which turned into an extraordinary session of OPEC.
According to a final statement adopted after the meeting, OPEC plans to work out a permanent format of high-level consultations with oil producing countries that are not part of the organization in order to ensure market stability.
