Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton will sign the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) free trade agreement if elected to be the next president of the United States and continue the destruction of US manufacturing jobs, Republican nominee Donald Trump told a rally in Melbourne in the US state of Florida.

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — Trump said Florida had already lost one in five of all its manufacturing jobs since Clinton’s husband, President Bill Clinton signed the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) in 1994.

"American manufacturing is being led to the slaughter," Trump told a rally at Orlando-Melbourne International Airport on Monday night. "A vote for Hillary Clinton is a vote for TPP and the continued destruction of America's jobs."

Moreover, Trump called Hillary Clinton the candidate of a disastrous status quo.

"We exposed Hillary Clinton's real position on NAFTA and TPP. She called it ‘the gold standard.’… [But] TPP will be a disaster for Florida… Pennsylvania and Ohio," Trump stated.

Trump also noted that the reforms he had proposed, including cutting taxes for small businesses, would create at least 25 million new jobs over the next ten years.
