SOCHI (Sputnik) – Russia's Gazprom Neft energy company expects to achieve net profit growth by the end of 2016, company's CEO Alexander Dyukov said Saturday.
"As for the retail and small wholesale, we are increasing the volume, this will obviously let us, given that the macroeconomic parameters do not change, see the rise of net profits by the year-end," Dyukov told the Rossiya 24 TV channel in an interview.
In 2015, Gazprom Neft net profit amounted to 109.6 billion rubles ($174.3 million).
Gazprom Neft is the fourth largest oil producer in Russia, being ranked third according to refining throughput. It is a subsidiary of Gazprom, which owns about 96 percent of its shares.
