MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Russia expects Ukraine to fulfill its obligations under the set of ceasefire agreements to settle the conflict in eastern Ukraine as soon as possible, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Monday.
"I will stress once again that there is a political part of Kiev's obligations under the Minsk agreements and, of course, we expect their speedy implementation," Peskov told reporters, declining to comment on primaries held in the two self-declared eastern Ukrainian regions over the weekend.
