VIENNA (Sputnik) – The Russia-NATO Council will meet when Moscow is ready and has responses to its proposals on continuation of joint work from the alliance, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Aleksei Meshkov said on Thursday.
"The Russia-NATO session will take place when we are ready for it to take place, and for this first and foremost we need to receive written responses from the NATO side to the proposals which the Russian representatives, including those from the defense ministry, voiced and passed onto NATO at the previous session of the council," Meshkov told RIA Novosti.
