MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Russia's Gazprom energy company expects to sign the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline project financing agreement by the end of 2016, Management Committee Deputy Chairman Alexander Medvedev said Wednesday.
"The implementation period is linked to the terms of the financing. If you ask for my forecast, I think the agreements will be signed before the end of the year," Medvedev said in an interview with Russia's Rossiya-24 broadcaster.
