WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — Boeing's Canadian investment has increased by an average annual rate of almost 8 percent, or four times that of Canada’s economic growth, according to the release.
"Boeing contributes more than $3 billion annually to Canada’s economic growth and development, according to a study commissioned by the company," the release stated.
In September, Boeing proposed its F/A-18 Super Hornet for a planned replacement by Canada’s military of the country’s CF-18 fighter aircraft.
