MEXICO CITY (Sputnik) – The Russian deputy energy minister stressed that Russia is set on continuing cooperating with Bolivia in the spheres of energy, agriculture, mining, education and science.
"Regarding the lithium industry, Russia has the necessary technology for its exploitation and we want to share it with this country,' Sentyurin said as quoted by Prensa Latina on Wednesday.
Sentyurin is currently on a visit to Bolivia, where he has already met with Bolivian Minister of Hydrocarbons and Energy Luis Alberto Sanchez Fernandez.
Bolivia holds about 70 percent of all world lithium reserves.
