WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — The company will maintain, enhance and run the center’s existing infrastructure — user accounts, work stations, independent networks, circuits, storage and servers — to incorporate new capabilities able to meet future needs, the release said.
"Intrepid Solutions and Services Inc. has been awarded a $45,370,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) information technology support services," the release on Friday stated.
The contract work will take place at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in the US state of Ohio and is expected to be completed by October 31, 2022.
NASIC is the Defense Department’s primary source to counter air- and space-based threats from foreign adversaries.
