GOA (India) (Sputnik) – Russia and India are in contact on a number of international issues, including on the struggle against terrorism, the positions of Moscow and New Delhi are close or coincide, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Saturday.
"Of course, we are engaged in a comprehensive dialogue on the whole international agenda, where the positions of India and Russia are very close, or even coincide. One of the top-priority areas [of cooperation] is struggle against terrorism," Putin said following the talks with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
