India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that the BRICS member states agreed to create rating agency, an agricultural research center and a railway network.

GOA(Sputnik) — BRICS leaders have agreed on setting up the grouping's credit rating agency, India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Saturday.

"We have agreed to quickly put in place the BRICS rating agency," Modi said at the conclusion of the plenary session.

He added that the BRICS member states had also agreed to create an agricultural research center and a railway network.
