Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko does not expect a major breakthrough at an upcoming meeting with Russian, French and German leaders in Berlin, his press secretary said Tuesday.

Kremlin Confirms Putin's Participation in Oct. 19 Normandy Summit in Berlin

KIEV (Sputnik) – All four countries confirmed earlier in the day that the so-called Normandy format meeting to settle the Ukrainian conflict was to take place in the German capital on Wednesday, October 19.

"Let us not inflate our expectations from tomorrow's meeting in Berlin," Svyatoslav Tsegolko wrote on his Twitter page.
