This is How to Turn Off a Fire Hydrant
10:00 GMT 19.10.2016 (Updated: 19:28 GMT 19.10.2022) Two men show their skills in fixing a hydrant hit by a Jeep driver in Long Beach, California, before the street turned into a huge swimming pool.
