MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Last week, the Russian Justice Ministry said it had sent to the Russian Foreign Ministry a request to the United States on the transfer of Yaroshenko.
"Yes, we received the Justice Ministry’s request and sent it to the United States. We sent it through our embassy, so this procedure will take some time, but the US side will have this request maximally expeditiously. We expect that they will take a positive decision on it, unlike the one three years ago," Dolgov told RIA Novosti.
