MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Helicopter Robinson R44 with three people on board failed to check in in the Baleysky region of the Russia’ eastern Zabaykalsky Territory.
“The helicopter headed from Zolotorechensk to the artel of Dzalay-Kaday. I did not establish contact at the check time,” a source in the regional emergency services told RIA Novosti.
On October 21, a MI-8 helicopter, which had 22 people on board, crashed in northwestern Siberia, killing 19 people.
