MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Venezuela's Oil and Mining Affairs Minister Eulogio del Pino has arrived in Moscow for a visit, the Venezuelan Embassy in Russia said Tuesday.
"Minister del Pino is in Moscow," an embassy official told RIA Novosti.
Eulogio del Pino will meet his Russian counterpart Energy Minister Alexander Novak later in the day, the Venezuelan Embassy in Russia said Tuesday.
"The meeting with Novak is scheduled today," an embassy official told RIA Novosti.
Venezuelan President Nicolas Madura has said earlier that his minister's visit to Moscow aimed to work out the details of the deal between OPEC and non-OPEC oil producing countries.
