MOSCOW (Sputnik) — In September, Russian Environment Minister Sergei Donskoi said that Russia, given the amount of work carried out at the shelf by state companies and current macroeconomic situation, made a decision to introduce a temporary moratorium on the issue of new licenses at the shelf.
“I think, at least [it can last for] a period similar to the one of postponing agreements, which is 3-4 years,” Kiselev said when answering a corresponding question.
