MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The analysis has been sent to the UN and UN Security Council members earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry said Thursday.
"Under these circumstances Russia took a decision to convey the comparative analysis of implementation of the Russia-US agreements to the public. The respective document was sent to the Office of the Special Envoy of the Secretary General for Syria [Staffan] de Mistura, to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees," the mission said.
The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, the executive chairman of the World Economic Forum, the Director-General of the UNOG, the Kofi Annan Foundation and the Aga Khan Foundation have also received the analysis, it added.
"We hope that the impartial, fact-based analysis will allow to shed some light on true reasons that hinder the Russia-US agreements implementation. With the agreement text available online, everyone can sort the things out and find the side which disrupted the implementation," the Russian mission reiterated.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said earlier that Moscow will present a report in the United Nations Security Council on Russia's implementation of agreements with the US on Syria and on Washington's failure to abide by them to avoid speculations on the issue.
