MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The lower house of Russian parliament could pass the 2017-19 budget bill in second and third readings in December, First Deputy Speaker of the State Duma Alexander Zhukov said Monday.
"December 7 is the second reading and the third is on [December] 9," Zhukov told reporters.
The Russian government submitted the draft three-year federal budget to the State Duma on Friday.
